  * Decisions on the following: (Sandro)
  * Request authority to reserve one joint use court for weekday pickleball play
  * Request approval to line court 4 to accommodate four pickleball courts
  * Request approval to install another gate on the North side of the dedicated courts?
  * Organize ladder play on Monday and Thursday evenings
  * Request authority to reserve two joint-use court (the equivalent of four pickleball courts) to conduct interclub events, periodically, throughout the spring and summer
  * Update on Pickleball Teen Night (Gary)
  * Decision on sending out pickleball survey to members
  * Communica2on and scheduling apps (Tom/Chelsea)
