• Decisions on the following: (Sandro)
• Request authority to reserve one joint use court for weekday pickleball play
• Request approval to line court 4 to accommodate four pickleball courts
• Request approval to install another gate on the North side of the dedicated courts?
• Organize ladder play on Monday and Thursday evenings
• Request authority to reserve two joint-use court (the equivalent of four pickleball courts) to conduct interclub events, periodically, throughout the spring and summer
• Update on Pickleball Teen Night (Gary)
• Decision on sending out pickleball survey to members
• Communica2on and scheduling apps (Tom/Chelsea)
